YD-FCDK-2 Schiffli Machine Control System

Adopt the most advanced motion controller to control machine movement. Use industrial pc with USB and floppy interface as uppercomputer and 15 inches LCD for display.
1. Use servo motor for contolling frame move, boring and thread delivering.
2. Transducer controlled reduction motor drives main shaft.
3. Solenoid valve manages advance or retreat of stitch and shuttle, loosing and tightening thread and opening or closing shuttle board.
4. Surpport DAT format design. You can also image or edit design such as add, delete, move embroidery point.
5. MAX speed: 240 rpm
